prophecies
Many characters in the bible teach us how to suffer, especially Jesus. So did Mary. t.b.c. Mary was carrying God in her womb. God was with her and in her. Yet she did not have a joy ride from Nazareth to Bethlehem about 70 miles on a donkey, a journey that took days. The pain, the discomfort, most certainly the backache she endured is not mentioned. She accepted all as God’s will. After all, if He wanted her to travel in comfort, and where she could lie down if she wanted to, God would have inspired Joseph many months before to build a donkey cart! That would have been luxury compared to riding a donkey side-saddle for days! t.b.c.

Faithfully Follow My Lead!
“Don’t look for the approval and acceptance of others,” says The LORD.
“There is no end to opinions, and you will only spin around in circles as you allow others to dictate and control your life.
“You will never advance if you focus on what others think, for they will never be in agreement, and you will never move forward as they will have you turn to the left or the right.
“You will never be free if you are bound to pleasing others, and you will never be able to advance into the new territories that I want you to explore if naysayers have their way in your life,” says The LORD.
“Aim to please Me,” says The LORD. “I will not steer you wrong or make you dizzy by turning you every which way.
“Your path is straight forward, not jagged. It is well lit and plain and simple, not complicated and confusing.
“It is straight and narrow, not crooked and winding, and pleasing Me will bring you ultimate peace and satisfaction.
“You will be fulfilled as you listen to My Voice, hear and obey, and faithfully follow My lead as you walk in the steps that I order for you,” says The LORD.
Prayer
LORD, we thank You that You have made us holy and given us your righteousness by our faith in Your shed blood for us and finished work on The Cross.
You have granted us deliverance, holiness, and we shall possess our possessions in our personal promised land, because we belong to You.
January 17, 2026. Repentance is not a 10-letter bad word. Repentance is healthy and rejuvenating. If you say you don’t have sin then you are fooling yourself – pride is telling you that. It’s time to get honest and not cover up any longer. Your words and your actions will show you the truth, even thoughts can reveal the motives of your heart. I see you as a saint and not a sinner, but sin injures you.
1 John 1:8-10 (MSG) “If we claim that we’re free of sin, we’re only fooling ourselves. A claim like that is errant nonsense. On the other hand, if we admit our sins — simply come clean about them — he won’t let us down; he’ll be true to himself. He’ll forgive our sins and purge us of all wrongdoing. If we claim that we’ve never sinned, we out-and-out contradict God—make a liar out of him. A claim like that only shows off our ignorance of God.”

So how can one be holy, you ask? There is only one way for Me to see you as holy. My Son, Jesus, has made you holy and righteous by His blood that was shed for you. His blood makes you holy before Me!
2 Corinthians 5:21 (NASB1995) “He made Him who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf, so that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.” Jonas Bohlin
